What do you think about my menu?

dislike the font, try using one like tahoma, verdana.
text is too big. try 12 or 13px.
hover maybe?

small browser sizes make the buttons repeat to the next line.
it disconnects buttons from the top, and places them under the others.
i assume this is unintentional.

the colors for "Home" look nice, i don't like the others, not enough contrast, too hard to read, maybe change the font to one that is easier to read.

I will add hover; and look on another font.

I have experimented with some fonts, look at the page again and tell me with one you like. (I will fix the hover effect after choosing font.)
