Elements - A down to earth CSS framework

Just lunched, Elements its a CSS framework that I have been working on. Let me know what you think of the site, and also what you think of the framework. If you got any ideas on how to make it better let me know.

pretty nice, i only found 2 things.

i'm at school, and they still use tiny monitors and ie6.

so, on a tiny monitor, with browsers not maximized, your main content box falls below the side nav, instead of shrinking or simply being not visible.

and your code block example on Elements | How To Use
is one line high, not two (not enough)

it's very hard to read.

that's it, i might actually try your css thingy, and i'm sure your site is beautiful on *real* browsers.

i realise this is supposed to be all things to all people and be made easy to implement but there are a few things i'd like to comment on.

1) using multiple import commands to bring in stylesheets creates unnessersary server calls and slows down the loading of the pages.

2) using px to define font sizes is in my opinion very bad.

3) your reset css is very much trimmed down from what eric made and there are a few things too many taken out for my liking.

personally, to get around point one, i would just put all the 4 ss's into one and just comment them very well to make it clear what each section does.

good effort though and i will be very interested to see where this goes.

Prem.

I think I might make a compressed version that has all four css files in one and all the comments are stripped and try and get the file as small as I can. I would still have the other four that are commented and easy to edit.

i would still have one larger file that is very well commented. once people are happy with working with your framework, they should be competent enough to remove the comments themselves.
