layout alternatives

I think I might replace the girl in ALT 2 with a movie director character or something. But the point is a character goes in that position. Also, please don't look for the picky flaws (poor alignment, etc.), these are very quick layouts I've done, and aren't perfect. The layout structure, colors, appeal and concept is what I am asking about most. Thanks r3d |

Why the big advertising banner, not as if kids can buy stuff online anyway? Both look hideous btw, just because you are designing for kids doesn't mean you have carte blanche to use a random collection of fonts and colours. |
