The dark background was a design decision to frame the content. Since a website is never truly finished, we will make sure to make changes that improve the site. The background may be one of them. Thanks again

like it, clean and snappy - the headers need work imo, don't stand out enough/not consistent across sections/pages

Yes the headers do need work. They are next on my list to fix. Getting side tracked by the content is a problem, its really easy to read a story considering there so short. I think thats what works about the site. You can sit down and consume one or two stories quite quickly.
