I recognize the style.
The "Talk" is a little weird positioned I think, if the thing at the right top is the logo, it needs some work. The line height should be a little more imo..

Simplicity wins the race, colors are good, I like it.

COME ON! Simple is good, i like clean minimal sites but this must be a joke surely?

seems badly laid out. shouldn't the headers line up with the text to the right?

more thought need me tinks
