Way too much to comment on so i'll just suggest a couple of improvements! You have wayyy to many colours and too much clutter/info, its too much to take in. I suggest having a 2/3 colour scheme and then simplifying the content, structure and layout |

I'm actually liking the colours. I like how each colour relates to a different section and how they match between the menu and header graphic. But yea, reducing the filesize of the images would really help. Plus to me, the anti-alias on the wavy lines in the header graphic look kinda blocky. |

I like the design and I really like the colours. I wouldn't normally, but I think it suits this particular site. It's just a shame you've designed it using tables... Last edited by emmajg : 02-05-2007 at 18:32. |

I think it's OK. I'd prefer not to have to scroll the very first page, but that's my problem. The colours are OK, they match in a way since they're all the same "intensity". I think the photography is rather amateurish and a Flash-based gallery is always going to be frustratingly slow until everyone has 50mb/sec broadband. I'd much rather be able to click through the galleries like on a bog-standard Photoshop generated photo gallery. At least then I'd see more photos instead of the Flash loading bar. I don't like the video autorun either. Better to give the visitor a choice "Click to watch video..." But the links are laid out clearly, there's lots to look at and read, so I'd say good job! (I know a joke about Mexican colour sense but I'll leave it out until someone forces me to tell it.) |
