I don't like the way it looks or the layout

get rid of the monstrous video logo and the background of the zigg-it logo thing and just leave the number. and redo the header.

It looks like bits and pieces have been take from somewhere else. the header doesn't mat the page at all, like it was done by two different people. or it's a modified template or something.

This looks worse than a myspace site. All you can really do is start over on something like this.

Few things to do if you start over:

Design a grid for the layout.

Decide on a theme. You haven't a single element that belongs strictly to the theme of you design because... this website is themeless.

Your header is an abomination. Scattered everything and no clear focal point. Destroy it.

Heirarchy!!!! Look it up.

Hope this helps in some way.
