Yeah come on! Using the most cunty fonts on your computer won't cut it.

You've apparently understood that the word "for" is kinda different in importance. How about emphasizing the initials F(ight) and D(esign) with a bold, really handsome typeface joined by a very different small f(or)?

If this is going to be successful designers' magazine, you'll need something to attract and interest them, not something which would suit Fashion For Dumbarses(TM).

However, there is a difference between something "simple" being very well done, thought out, and executed and something that is "simple" that well, sucks.

This falls towards the closer end of the latter, I'm not sure many designers want to see a script font in there, but that's my personal opinion. Work with the typography, as others have said, they're great letters for logo design. You have three ascenders, do something with them!

emphasis on design, fight for supporting, you could have some great typographic fun here.

get your creative juices flowing, as you seem a bit dehydrated with this logo design.

look forward to seeing a new one

If I was making this logo I would do something a bit abstract that incoporates different styles and themes all trying to fight for the center stage with bits going everywhere and making a mess. If you get what I mean...I can visualise it but not word it.

Normally I wouldn't reply to a thread like this one, where most of the comments give the same critiques I'd suggest, but DAMN. This is bordering on worst-case-scenario. Listen to these people's suggestions, and delete that file.

Not to be harsh bud, but it's lazy. At least do a brainstorm before you start designing. Fight - boxing, wrestling, punch, fists, weapons, bruises, arguing, clash, opposites.

I'm sure you could find loads of amazing propaganda along the lines of "Fight for your Right" etc.

Some sort of tension between the elements is needed, to put across the idea of a struggle or fight or whatever.

I know they're in a different language and alphabet, but look at the strength and aggression in that typography, and even the poster as a whole.

A logo is meant to be recognized, this logo doesn't really fit that description imo, play with it, come up with something creative and original, not just some basic font..

I like paddyduke's version, still needs some improvements, but it's a good one
