Been working on this board most evenings this week, thought I'd give you guys a swatch!

Which composition do you guys prefer?

The one on the left i think is better.

the one on thr right imo, colour is nicer and i like the lines. Youve done well on drawing that guy

one on the right - like it, but can't read the text very easily? If that's on purpose then fine, but I'm coming up with "Artic Superman"? That right?

It says 'ARTEC No1 Superfan', not integral that its totally legible though – certainly wouldn't have used that font if it was!

Cheers mate, the right one was my missus preference, but I wasn't sure. Looks like she was right!

Very cool design, I agree with everyone and prefer the one on the right. Do you work for a board company or is this for personal work? Haha I see you have a sticker on the dudes glasses...just like how I was trying to make on for my logo. You pulled it off better though, but why does he have a sticker on his glasses...just curious.

Cheers bud, this is just personal at the minute. I'm making a portfolio of designs, with the aim of prostituting myself around board companies. Would be nice to get lucky with a little evening freelance work!

I'm a graphic designer so, the illustrative stuff is mostly just a hobby.

P's the sticker was just a graphic detail, I've been meaning to put something on it! Any suggestions?

I hate the dribble, only on a personal level because it makes me want to wipe his mouth. It's like when someone has something on their face and they keep wiping at it only to miss and furhter piss you off. Aside from that, I think it's a groovy signature element for your illustrations.

My fave is the right one. The left one is lacking a certain pop that would set it off. Maybe darken the background a little.

Haha! Cheers Brian, Its almost more satisfying to know it could piss people of. I tried putting a small bogie on the character this time too – although that might be an 'every other' time feature!

I pretty much just need some work with Jizz to complete the set! I managed to fit a bit of excrement in my ape illustration a while back. Classy.
