It would be better to see it with content. Its an okay site, a bit bland and im not to keen on the "camouflage" colour scheme and look to it. I think the logo needs moving down and to the left more.

oh... hmm. It's not bad, but it lacks polish and depth.

The colors are pleasant. The illustrative effects are nice too.

Your logo placement is very odd. I really don't understand why it's up so far. Is there a reason the "design and code" text is all the way to the right. It would benefit more if you had that text with your logo. Right now it looks like an orphaned graphic element.

The nav seems unnecessary. It's hard to read, the colors are too muted, and the little rollover effect that happens all the way to the right is so uneventful that I would just get rid of it all together.

Other than that the site just isn't finished in any way.

I don't like the brown background color, and I don't like the copyright thing being the same font as your logo. It's like there are two logos on the page. I like the colors, but I don't know what trees have to do with a design/code site.

the first thing that i notice when i see this is the menu bar with that gradient, it looks very bad. I would change that first, the header needs work. You also have so much free space on the page put it to good use.

Im not really digging the whole color scheme either, the layout needs work I would browse around here and get some inspiration and some ideas and build off that.
