i launched my first website - twospheres.co.nr - on 26 Feb 2007 and would very much love to have your say on it.

Honestly, it's horrible. There is no layout. How is anyone supposed to know where to look, where to go first?

There is no easy way to say this so I'll just give you the bullet points:

* As Joey mentioned, there is no consistent layout. You need to pull the page together and give it a solid look. Your content is literally all over the place.
* Too much moving content. Although an animation here or there can add character to a page, you are wreaking havoc on the potential visitors senses by having so much going on. Tune it down.
* Bland color scheme. There is very little in the way of contrast. Again, the eyes of the user will not know what to focus on unless you direct them to it - one way of doing this is through using a higher contrasting color scheme.
