Your site, in my opinion, makes too much use of images with almost no meaning. If you are trying to "make a point", try to make all of it above the fold of the smallest monitor that could possibly be viewing the page.

That said, the huge orangey-blurred image is taking up a buttload of screen real estate to communicate nothing to your future client; the only "feeling" they could get from that image is chaos and unpleasant warmth. You probably don't want that.

The outer glow effect on the links doesn't mesh with the rest of the page's controlled beziers and straight lines; surely there's another way you could establish contrast and clickability.

Speeking of contrast, the E-mail link on the right side needs to be accented more if you are planning on people using it. Plus, don't use the same exact typography for an image that isn't a link (Home) and one that is (E-mail, again). That will definitely confuse a user.

Color choice is good - I do like the soft blues and warm oranges. My only worry is that I fear the outcome of you making a new site and putting its thumbnail in place of the Aerostar Bouncer's. A lot of that blue will be lost.

The light bulb - sorry, but it has no value in its current place. A light bulb, in design, almost never means "special offer". Try to re-think the meaning of that image, especially if you are going to contrast it so much with the huge orange blur above and the rest of the site; the light bulb is the only image on the site that stands out.

You should also consider some sort of continuation to the bottom of the page - as it is now, you place a lot of emphasis on your copyright, especially with that curve behind it.

The quiz buttons have a nice look to them; I've always been partial to a nice soft blue on a white background. But look around the site - do you see any other soft blues? Nope, none. I say stick with these buttons, then adjust your links (About, Portfolio, etc.) to reflect the same "click me" attitude as these buttons have. Keep in mind that part of what makes those buttons so clickable is the fact that they are single entities, away from the scary chaos of that orange battlefield up above. Maybe a little darker blue...

Also, just out of curiosity - why is it that your company name, which strongly emphasizes the word "point" ("got" and "a" aren't all that meaningful), decided on a logo with nothing coming to a point? It may be a stretch, for your logo may be something you can't work with, but it's just a thought. Maybe try a pointier typography? And the dot on the "i" being a brush stroke? That was the only point in the word point!

That's all I can critique - please keep in mind that what I didn't point out I liked, so don't go back to square one. Just maybe try to think a little more about enticing the user to click that button and find out who you are and what you have to offer. I mean, no salesperson ever starts a "deal" with a customer by describing how beautiful the sunset was last night. He may say one sentence, but he's gonna start selling as soon as he can. And this site is just that - a salesperson. What images do you want your future client to have of your company?
