Help!! Ave a look at this will ya

Guys, I've been stuck on this uninspiring project for a few days now and this is all i have come up with. Could you have a look at both proofs and give me a few points to give them a more finished look....this is never going to be my best piece of work

I like them. Only thing that caught me was the navigation could do with some extra top and bottom padding as it looks a bit lost with the other "chunky" boxes.

Im not sure about the font choice for 'points protector',
The design definately needs some colour in it to counteract the black and white image at the top.

i know what u mean about that logo font, you know what these corp chaps are like thats our logo and thats what we want even if it sucks large cocks.

hmm, counteracting colours...hmm.

okay heres a contrasting colour not quiet on the opposite end of the scale (thats a dull brown colour). Does bring it out a little and I've padded the nav.
