The services page needs padding/margins.
The text on the contact page is strangely large.

Nice enough - but it looks like someone's zoomed out on it. Have a look at changing your font size, line-height, padding, margins etc Spread it out a bit - it might look a little empty and minimalist, but that can be a good thing.

After all, property people should know how to use space.

the text is really small and practically unreadably on my screens. also, i can't change the size of it with my browser. try using percentages.

you're going for an older audience. past your thirties your eyesight starts to fail (ask mik) and these people need bigger text, and control over it.
