I would think that it has a clean and sleek design. Its still too early to criticize but I must admit it doesn't have many bad points ( that I can spot ) except for your navigation bar. Try to use a separator | to seperate the text.

For example ...

| Holiday Ads | Products Ads | Image Ads | Disease Related Ads | Services Ads |

Regarding your image on top, I must say that its maybe a little too simple. Try designing a better banner. The banner that you used is rather generic and is sort of like a template.

Overall, a professional and sleek layout. Well done!

rethink the brown full stop, it can be used in a good way but I dont think thats it, it doesnt say 'optical' to me.

Oh yes! It is certainly a very old photo, probably a stockphoto. Would need maybe some 'creativity rethink'?
