Possible first website
I'm a graphic designer employed by an agency but want to do my own personal very simple website like an online business card. I've been messing about in Illustrator and quite like this, what do you guys think about making it into a website interface? Any tips etc? Last edited by jdk : 08-11-2006 at 10:21. |

Even as a logo and vision statement, this is both too wordy and the graphic is too generic. I would reduce it to "Cutting Edge, Highly Organized, Original Designs" and make a very simple logo. With webdesign and print design, you typically don't want more going on in the background than foreground, especially if you have text on top. Think of the big name brand logos and how simple they are (Apple, Windows, Coca-cola, Pepsi) Typically they are a single shape, with no more than three colors. All meant as constructive criticism. |

is this a joke? I changed the image for a laugh as everyone was comparing it to Quark boxes etc. |
