The site is okey. But shouldn't the site be designed so that when I enter it I would really like to get my hands on some tea?

And when creating square boxes in photoshop turn of "anti-aliased", wich is only needed on boxes with round corners. Now it just makes your site look really blury.

The first thing that stood out to me is the dark brown - which, to me, connotes coffee. Tea is more of an orange.

and i'm all for whitespace, but that's a bit too much at the top there.

good overall.

nice

I really like the person reading off to the right. However, the logo and "online store" graphics do not look that good. I would get rid of the store part there, and make the logo wider to fill most of the space between the edge and the person reading. Other than that, it looks nice.

i really dont feel the 'urban' theme - i imagine your'e trying to convey a modern, contemporary, minimalist feel? i love whitespace normally but i agree theres too much of it here.
