designed in tables! not the best start. very gray, would suggest you be more daring and add a contrasting colors.

nice layout, but i think the pictures of you (about page) kind of look loke you took them on the toilet! wierd toilet mug shots. not really nessesary - i'd ditch them.

Whats up with the map of the world in your banner? What message are you trying to give to your audience? I'm curious...

Your site is more like a corporate financial company's site than a personal porfolio.

Your site doesn't really give off any element of your personality which is something that is very nice to see, looking at how a designer's personality influence's their peronsal portfolio. If it were me, I'd consider revising your site mate.

The site is ok but as forbes and the rest, your portfolio work is better and you should consider (seriously) learning the CSS/DIV style of coding.

Change the colours to white/blue and you have a site template for the FSA or something...not very personal at all. If this is the market your trying to appeal to you can still do this with a different design for sure.

Check out cssbeauty.com for some good examples of more personalised portfolio's.
