No offence but its rather strage to ask for members for a small underveloped forum, when there is this one already. If your serious about starting a design forum, you have to offer something that other more established forums arnt already supplying.

Yeah, what's your USP? Your forum offers nothing extra that would attract people away from places like this.

You could also do with a more distinctive design, it just looks like a billion other vBulletin boards or such.
