Look two posts above. It's remarkably similar to the GSK (a pharmaceutical company) logo. I'm not saying it's a ripoff but it's bordering on too close for comfort, I'd say.

InDesign CS2's splash screen has a similar multi-colored butterfly. I think moreso it's just very "Adobe" looking.

I don't think it's too similar, by the way.

Yes

I haven't used inDesign PGO, just windin' Sub up, although with the amount of logos using butterflies as a motif there's bound to be loads that are similar.
