OK so a while back I posted a site I was working on, here and in a few other forums and I received lots of feedback with lots of things that were wrong. So here is the new version (jpg mockups) I would appreciate any feedback I can get.

Nice.. I like the heading of the section...

If you could make the font (recent news) a little smaller and give a little space in between each item, that would look much better i guess...

Not sure about the gradient at the top of the page- I think it's a little close to the content. I'd shift those validation links to the footer of the page. Overall, like the simplicity.
