the design is not tragic, except for the background image. make the text bigger as well as the headings. color scheme is okay (except for the bg) the logo position is not good. And there is too man stock photos of geeks infront of computer screens. My honest opinion is....it looks like it was done by some geek who lives in his mama's basement apartment, that is just a comment about the desing not the development, which I know took a lot of time and effort.
