For all that know me - u will know that i rave on about my lack of design expierance but here is another 1 of my designs for a personal site! - :x - no content up just a design! - iam looking for a good news script and shoutbox script - i would make my own but my php skills are nothing to be desired n ive tried tuts etc but i just am no good

It's too green for me at the moment - needs some other colors bringing in, white would be a good contrast.

And have you sliced it up like that just to show the initial design? There's links to images all over the place and most of those images could be plain html.

yeah i seem to be pretty shite at the ol slicing :x aint got the hang of it - i love green last design i done was lime green that was 2 bright i think this might be 2 dark :x but ill muck around wit it - cheers smallbear

my opinion is that the green is a little too rich and perhaps needs to be more washed out. it's at too early a stage for me to comment on it any more, although i will say it has potential

I like the green bg

the colour's supposed to be 'eye-friendly'... apparently it's good to rest your eyes on green stuff after a lot of reading...
The image might be too green though...
And yeah... put some content in... even Lorem
Ipsum... just to see how it would behave. Coz at the moment I can only comment about the colour - which is fine - combining it with white could be nice too. You could use a 'contrasting' colour to highlight the areas that you want people to focus on...

Too green, needs colours as opposed to colour.

Post when you have content, it'll be easier for people to judge the site.

I like the shade of green but it needs another colour to complement it I reckon. Blue or something maybe.
