1) Why Flash?

2) Less JPG compression. All that artifacting makes it look amateurish.

Now we've gone easy on you now the gloves are off.

Not really! It's not great, but it's not bad either. You need to take it to the next level now and learn CSS/DIV/XHTML coding to W3C standards, whilst at the same time finding good inspiration from sites like cssbeauty.com.

Once you do this, you'll hit the next level because like pgo said it's "amatuerish" despite this site looking slightly better than your first posting.

Keep it going though.
