Hello! winter character inside

*update*
had time over the weekend to do an outlined version. crits welcome as usual. All done in Flash MX

Hello!

I'm new here, found this forum out of frustration of posting on forums where I used to be a regular 3d contributor but now have moved over into illustration.

Theres hardly any illustration forums I can find but this one seemed to suit.

and to kick it all off, something I drew this weekend, inspired by an old girlfriend. Crits welcome!

shapes very nice - but the colours imo need more work... too saturated somehow (skin colour esp.)... reevaluate also the neck
maybe the zip shouldnt be just a line... break it up near the ankle?

I really like it! As mentioned, shading would make it even better.
Love the way you did the eyes
