Tutorials Website
Link: http://timsilva.com/tutorials/ I have been using my site for my online portfolio until yesturday when I finally put on some Flash/Photoshop video/picture tutorials. I also designed the site to be fresh, colorful, and easy on the eye. Enjoy the site, and check out the tutorials if you'd like, you may learn something |

No offence but the whole techno malarkey thing went out like 4 years ago. Might be useful to learn some other styles, because it will be a long time before that becomes cool again. Personally I'm hoping it never will. |

Not feeling the site design at all dude. Sorry. It went out with the Flintstone look. And also I suggest re-code you site. The whole thing. Surely if you have tutorials on there (video's and the like) you have to be concerned about accessibility (Search this subject within DT.com). The extremely poor coding for one is a serious negative when it comes to things such as load times etc... Also being a tutorial site, your own site acts as a testimonial to your online lessons (not matter if they've been done before online). If I was after an idea/answer/lesson, and saw your site against a site that looked up to date...yours would be collecting www dust - it's that simple. Sort it and fast - as it will be a massive turn off for your potential web browsers. Lastly it looks too much like your own porfolio. It would be nice to be able to change the look completely. This deattaches the site from your own somewhat and would show off your versitility in design. Good luck. |
