Hi Everyone, Not one for building a clone site, I have been spending some developing a social network from the ground up. Our difference? Our members are ugly... and they are proud of it! At the moment the site, www.uglynet.com is only running as a Beta version, but I would really appreciate your comments. My focus at this time is not so much on functionality, but rather on usability, and an overall impression. Does the site look tacky or cheap? Are there some obvious improvements that my clouded vision cannot see? What features might be added to make the site more appealing? We are pre-launch at the moment, so please be aware that some work is still going on behind the scenes, but otherwise, all linked functions should work. Thanks for your time. Greg (( One big feature is that the main page should correctly identify your country. Please advise if this is done incorrectly)) |

Looks like a whole lot of average looking people looking for reassurance, "Nooo you're not ugly!" " Really are you sure?" I think it is perverse enough to be a huge success, with the right marketing it will fly. Move over Pixelman make way for Uglynet... |
