Uuh..if you're talking about the job posting that says "no pay", no, I didn't post that. Another user did. But if you are talking about this forum thread/posting, yes I'm the same person that wrote "I make websites. And then, I try to make money from them. It's like a business.". Is that a crime? =) |

Goodbye little old lady

you make a site - then try to make money from them? Interesting business model The main porblem is that is already turning into a place where people try to get work for free. You're not going to entice any professionals to your site if they are confronted with those kinds of posts |

Not no free jobs, maybe make the sections more decisisive, only show paid on the main page, links in the navigation to full paid listings and full non paid listings, put limits on no pay, and just all around try and discourage them. |

But I like Ryan's idea. I'm gonna work on categorizing the listings more. No non-paid listings on the front page, a browse mode, etc. Thanks guys. |

Ok, I spent all of today working on a new template for the site. Please tell me what you think! Do you think it's better than the current one? It's here: http://kasrak.com/etc/pmd_newtemplate/index.html |

I'd say it's a significant improvement, great job! Looks much cleaner and easier to use. Adding the banner was a good idea, it adds that professional touch. Keep up the good work, this site has potential. |
