I'm on a 512 and I'm still waiting... (sucks I know, but all I can get where I live) 4 megs straight off the bat? That is waaaay too much IMO. You need to consider breaking the site up into preloading sections so that your audience gets some feedback within a few seconds, as I assume at the moment the whole site is being downloaded in one big chunk. Otherwise you're putting a lot of people off of looking at your site.

I like the flame trail from the plane graphic though, nicely done.

Takes way too long to load... I went off and left it for about 30 secs and came back to find it at 90%. I like the interface but your rounded corners are dubious to say the least. I think you also need to work on how youre displaying your work... once you get to those thumbnails the look of your site deteriorates rapidly

sorry should have been more specific...

Your rounded corners are nowhere near being a perfect arc... in fact they look more like hand drawn. And they arent proportionately correct - not that they have to be of course but if they arent they need to be better formed

Your "Reel" makes no sense? Is it a demo of your work and skills? It also contains clips from the Firefox adverts. Did you make those adverts, or did you just steal them and place them in your reel?

I have a 2 meg line and its took an long time to load. Break up your swf file into individual loaded file and preload the sections in the background once the main part is done.

I like you Reel video - cheeky and cool were the first words that came to mind (if some of that stuff is stolen (as said) then get permission or take it out dude.

Sorry, doesn't do it for me - shows a lack of experience in both design and technology.

I'd simplify it all. And seeing you don't have too many thumbnails of you work - make em bigger!

If you have JS disabled you get nothing but a yellow wallpaper. Skills.

who the hell has javascript disabled though? I mean if you have JS turned off... the last thing you will be worring about is visiting a 4mb flash portfolio. :P It really needs a html alternative and a splash page.

My main concern is that the intro plane sequence was boring after a massive wait, the plane was fairly low poly too. The flames on the end of the motionless plane were much prettier, I would have made more of a feature of that. Oh and the arrows on the main plane should have been the navigation.

Or you can embed flash like everyone else this century and use SWFObject, which lets you provide alternate content. Cock.

All the content is mine everything on the site was made by me. Except for the demo reel music. Why would i put something on MY portfolio is it wasnt mine.
