I like it. It doesn't look terribly "lawyer-ly", but I guess that's appropriate as it's not a traditional "lawyer-ly" field of law. Shall I also ask the obvious "What's with the splash page?" and await the expected "Client requested it." reply? What CMS is it using? |

I'm using FF 1.5.04 on WinXP, I'm not seeing any layout problems at all. I would definitely agree on the link on the splash page. After you see it once people are going to want to skip it .. as they do with most splash pages. Very nice work ! |

if they really have trade marked the words "build me up" and "brand builder" I'd like to see evidence. You see TM in so many places but in reality, you can't trademark common words or phrases unless they are totally synonymous to the brand. The phrase "brand builder" is used by an awful lot of companies. I doubt it can be copyrighted. Hence the TM looks daft. A "visited" cookie wouldn't go a miss, to skip that intro on second visit, sorta drags on a bit if you visit the site regularly. |
