updated portfolio site

Hi guys I've recently updated my personnal portfolio site to make it more netural and user friendly.
I figured that have to much of a style on you own portfolio can give the impression that you only have one style.

I'm not a huge fan of flash sites, but this one looks great.

'click here to use this control'

You need to use a different way of embedding the flash into the page for IE's sake. I can't remember the link. Wheres PGO?

Really nice site containing really nice work.
Dusteh is right about the javaScript embed. It's not too hard to get your head round and it'll stop that annoying IE click to activate thing.

"Using SWFObject is easy. Simply include the swfobject.js Javascript file"

can someone explain this to me , how do I include, "the swfobject.js Javascript file"?
