First thing, the 'Enter Site' link only works on the actual letters. I would make that a button.

The blue hold while loading doesn't match the tone of the rest of the site.

The music is unecessary and in the professionality stakes marks you down about 50% in my opinion. If it were something a bit hip and trendy maybe you could get away with it? It is the worst.

Your work looks okay tho' and your flash obviously has had a lot of time and effort invested and it all works. I am not a big fan myself of the fully flash site. I prefer to use flash sparingly to the best effect.
