Do things for a reason other than a stab in the dark as to whether it looks good or not. Evoke emotions by use of colour and type, use a logical grid and margins to represent and highlight information. Why have you used serif, why all caps, why dark grey - what are you trying to convey? This feels more art than design.

and im sure its King Street, not Kings
