So which website is better ONE or TWO? If possible then please give reasons why and any improvements, thanks.

The photo on ccp is not attractive. On ccp1 I would move the menu "# Home # About Us # Services # Contact Us" up to take up the empty space that can be found there.

I doubt that the mission will go where it says "The company's mission will go here" -- there is not enough space for a meaningful mission.

empire contract car parking sounds a little funny. Don't they have a better logo? I mean I never heared of contract car parking. I can't guess what this company does.

As said, the site looks very cluttered. The scanlines on the boxes arnt really working either tbh, the same goes for the text on the top of them.

imo, you've got a very cluttered body, and then quite a simple logo just sitting there at the top.
