The flash menu with the animated 3d blocks looks fantastic...

but it took more than 10 seconds to get to that point. - the fluff and nonsense around it looks dated and made me want to click back - the only reason I didn't was to see if it got better.

Lose all that 'microchip' stuff, it's really bad.

Was there two designers involved on this project?

ditto

the rising buttons interface looks really slick but the lines and stuff look like something from Tron

i would remove the 90's-stylee lines from the top , bottom and sides and just have it in a nice plain box... also not sure about the whizzing 'electric' lines... I think there would be enough wow factor there with the navigation boxes...it's just been done so many times. Pretty 3D stuff though.

I like the HTML version. Flash sucks as (almost) always.

HTML version came across as a bit of an afterthought.
Doesn't look consistant with the Flash site.

Review

I looked at the html version only, at http://www.kingclicks.com/index_html.html

I think the "file" should be called index.html, not index_html.html

If "Firm Profile" is chosen for the entry page, I think it should be at the top of the list. The font for the main text shows up far too small for me. I get the feeling the Firm Profile could be rewritten to address the reader, and address what the reader might be interested in (as opposed to narrating the history of the company.) What can the reader get from kingclicks, how, and so on. For example, the paragraph "If you are looking for a unique and different website you have found the perfect marketing, design and programming firm to work with. We ask that you bookmark our website and visit www.videodrome.hr for an intense web experience. Thank you for visiting our website and we look forwarding to hearing from you." would be good as the first paragraph.

See you

Stephan

I like

http://empirefurniture.co.uk/ccp1/

better than

http://empirefurniture.co.uk/ccp/

The photo on ccp is not attractive. On ccp1 I would move the menu "# Home # About Us # Services # Contact Us" up to take up the empty space that can be found there.

I doubt that the mission will go where it says "The company's mission will go here" -- there is not enough space for a meaningful mission.

empire contract car parking sounds a little funny. Don't they have a better logo? I mean I never heared of contract car parking. I can't guess what this company does.

See you

Stephan

Wrong thread

Sorry this went to the wrong thread. It was meant for the thread "Which website is better?" at Which website is better?
