Leef Ltd.

They buy houses, fill them with tennants, fit them out, find a company to manage them, and flog the complete package to investors who buy a few at a time and build up a portfolio.

Logo is blocks, ie building (a collection of homes/the actual home itself etc).
the blocks are arranged to spell an abstract LEEF in uppercase, set in a grotesk typeface as alot of the unit's they buy are 40's style modernist buildings.

sweet... although it does almost read leef-leef

I really like it. That background puts me off a bit though...

not sure it needs to say leef twice. like just the blocks.

if you are going to use the word maybe alter the f so it arcs like the e. its seems cut off.

Probably could do without the background, just a flat green. Like it other than that.

agree, could try using a minty green or pastel green.
