Hi, please take a look at this new website we have created and let me know what you think. It is designed to provide IT support to anybody who is having problems with theirs pc's hardware or software.

We hope this can be a successful website and would appreciate your input to help us out.

looks rather childish, does not have a strong confident feel that I would expect from a support company.

In what way do you mean? I didn't want to create a boring shade of grey that turned people off straight away. I'm all for criticism as long as its constructive.

I think what d3mcfadden is trying to say is that it looks like something a child would design... cant say it in a nicer way than that to be honest...

It really doesnt shout 'professional company' which is I presume what you'd want
