-the main page is more interesting then the flash into
-don't loop the intro, itro is to slow to long and not interesting at all, what verion of flash are you using? run time is horrible. get MX yo!
-i would re-design the first page so you don't have to scroll to see the info.
- make sure you have a heading for all pages like the one for services to landlords
- i wouldn't use the W buttons for about, about, contact. icons would be better.

gotta say i love the flash library green button at the intro's end though. very 'retro'.

I think this may be the first Flash intro I've ever sat through. And the first one I literally laughed myself silly over.

To be fair that and essex fire are the most memorable flash intros I can think of, they must be doing something right. Is it shit design if it works (i.e. you remember it)?
