Crit this shit
Looking for a quick crit, needs be done by noon tomorrow, it's nearly there but not quite. Can't put my finger on it, think I've been staring at it too long. There's somthing that's not quite working with the coppy, tell me what you think. I've blanked out the logo, out of respect for the client. Also I'm not going to tell you what it is, I'm hoping you can tell without an explenation... Here goes... Edit: the 3rd image on the 4th one, is going to be of a kebab, which is coming via special delivery later! And obviously the actual version is 300res |

Tis indeed. Type is according to brand guidelines. Which are chokingly restrictive!! You think possibly bring the font size down then? Do you understand it though? |

Ok, cat's out the bag. They are billboard posters to raise awareness of age discrimination among the general public, and ultimately encourage interest in age concern as an organisation. I wish I chose a cool brief like howies or somthing, but I chose this one, (big mistake!) so I'm trying to do the best I can with it. My concept was using stereotypical views of old people, using icons we associate with them, and the contrasting it with somthing we wouldn't nessecerily accosiate with an old person, but could well be. Not sure if the heading is right, there are 4 there, think I'd go with the "Look beyond the stereotypes" or "Older people are always something else, other than just old" Though from the replys I've had, it's not working? |
