good work, it validates albeit with a few warnings kicked up by the inline javascript. Why are you using javascript for navigation? as far as i can see its not needed. Plus if visitors have javascript disabled on their browsers the nav links dont work at all. If you must use js here make sure it degrades gracefully without losing any functionality.

why are using ajax? why not have a page for each section? if you dont want the flash movie to repeatedly play upon visiting a new section, why not have regular image headers for the sections other than the homepage?

sort the file sizes out, 100kb

I quite like it, but there's too much red for my taste- such a strong colour to use exclusively. Couldn't you soften it up a bit, you're in danger of blotting out the graphics with red everywhere.

it looks naff, its not a book and the word spacing is bad - next we will have hyphenation...8-)

The overall red and grungy look is a bit too much for my taste. I'm not really into that sort of aesthetics for a design/recording studio unless you've got a fitting name or theme to go along. It kind of drags the attention away from the important stuff - try emphasizing the text and the images a bit more.

I'd also scale down the logo if I were you.

hey folks ..

thanks for the thoughts ..

BlueSteel .. you're right bout my text .. the spacing was annoying me and now looks much better left ..

as for the overall red colour .. i've been playing with some other background image/colors and will have a slightly less harsh version up shortly .. till then keep on the shades

one thing i've noticed tho .. and have been at pains to find an answer to.. is the issue of loading my pages via ajax .. it makes my main page content disappear and navigation fall apart in Lynx and its something i wanna get sorted ..

as i've said .. i need the player on the site to be constant while you browse thru.. any ideas ?

Might want to mention your site completely breaks down with JavaScript disabled. I couldn't navigate at all.
