agree with elvis & pgo on the flash thing. i like 1. if you keep the flash, maybe take out all the gray lines and just leave the 2 colored boxes. when i saw the empty lines, i waited for images to download or something. like 3 as well. |

Prefer No.1 - can't see a point to having any of the splash pages tho. >offtopic< I used the iframe to hold 3party JS & HTML created by an aplication that syncs surveys - the ouput code was crap so I boxed it in a nice looking frame and added a few styles. Couldn't adapt the code as it needs to sync with some shoddy client software. Couldn't think of a better way to do this in under an hour - but open to suggestions... |

I think I'd go for number three, and probably work a bit more on the white space. It seems like you're not using the space effectively enough, and some diverse nuances of grey would probably fit well in at places. Also, the shape of the site looks a bit dull, and the content inside seems a bit too attached to a grid. Is it possible to place the project title above the image on top of a semi-transparent black rectangle? Anyway, I think you're on the right track. Pay a little more attention to typography and details in general, and make sure to keep us updated. |
