it's feels very templatey, due to the stock photography, icons and layout.

yeh thats a big help


It does look like a template hosting site, perhaps try and shoot your own images, rather than using cheeseball stock photography. Its quite boxy, so try adding some curves and softening the borders a bit. Also try out some new colours, check out www.colourlovers.com/ for some palette suggestions.
