yeh, my previous employer would have done the same but tbh virgin don't exactly put this kind of thing as high priority as it in know way harms them.... and after all its my work anyway.

Ah right ok you work directly for virgin. I guess that does make it different. I figured you'd be working for an external agency with Virgin as a client, never worked in-house myself I guess the cultural difference is quite large.
