ok.
I like the light shades of powder blue, and the layout is not too shabby.
My only 'beef' (if you will excuse me using that term) is that of the background... Yes, white be 'too' white but that pattern was beginning to hurt my eyes even before the site was fully loaded.
Ok one more but I'm being picky now - when your on a page and there is a link 'selected' and you mouse over it, the whole content of the site goes down about 1px... fix it, please. It is distracting and as a designer, irritating.

Other than that, I do not have any major problems with it, nice work.

Yes, tone down that background, my eyes are bleeding! I'd just darken the whole background image - that way the lighter color gets closer in value to the darker color and doesn't create such a jarring effect. Plus a darker background would make the page itself stand out.

Otherwise, it's fairly nice. I like the colors alright. It seems a bit "too blue" if you will. Maybe a little more variety? Some pinks besides as hover states?

Even if my state has nothing going for it, the southern states have some spectacular weather.

Much better. How about the same blue as the buildings in the header? That'd put them on the same plane of depth. Could be interesting.

it isn't glitch, that's image, and lines are on image. you can see that if you save image locally on your computer.

why would I want to save the image locally? If the lines are deliberate, I'd have to say the lines dont add anything to the design then.

lines were deliberate, because header once had that lines in the same place. header has changed, footer hasn't...
