Please critique
Hi everyone...newbie here... I just created this site for a friend and I've run into a snag. They've approved the design of it, but I'm not sure how to incorporate the background. Have a look and you'll see what I mean. (WARNING: there's pink, yellow, and green all over it.) I'm not too fond of the color scheme, but it had to match the logo, which they provided me. http://glenathon.com/rlbtsf/FINALcomp.jpg I'm content with the layout of it, but I'd like to incorporate a background to make it 'stand out' a bit more. I'm just not sure how I'm going to do it. Can any of you offer any suggestions to help out? Thanks alot! Looking forward to your responses. |

ahem. The button style doesnt match the highly italiscised text in that header. Take a style and stick to it, whatever the dodgy colour scheme. Also, beige with pink and green? Naaw. Couldn't you tone down the pink and green? Mess around with their brightness, saturation etc. |

It what way are you not sure how to incorporate the background? Just looks like a huge background image on the body tag set to align top right. Would be smaller and maybe nicer to go with a straight gradient rather than the kid though. Other than the pink/magenta it might be nice to have a bit more space around the text / girl to help it all breath a bit more. |
