Thats not a website it has absolutely no interaction, it's an ego trip disguised as a bad flash movie. I thought it was a splash page with no way of skipping so was going to pull you up on that, but then I discover it IS the website. What exactly are you trying to achieve with it, your a banking executive?

edit: apologies it was a splash page your site is now showing - it's awful, you don't need all that moving content - the colour scheme is bad- the menu is far too long and there appears to be no thought to the layout

pedro - you need to lose the flash intro. really.

the home page -
here's the link for anyone who wants to go here without enduring that flash intro - http://www.myfullcv.com/home.html

get rid of the text that's moving around. it's annoying, pointless distracting.
industry news?? ditch this as well.

I would come up with a simple statement about yourself for the front page and briefly outline your skills. make a nice simple menu and cut out all the unnecessary crap.

what's with all the credit controller stuff?? this is not relevant. if you want to get work as a freelance webdesigner, your clients are not going to want to know about your "SAP/R3 Key user in credit control transactions"
under IT skills you don't need to list everything that you can do in Dreamweaver or flash ....if you know dreamweaver & flash. leave it at that. no need to tell people that you can skew objects in flash.

probably the worst excuse for a splash page ever, it's about 100 times to long and looks like shit. loose that and work on your acutal site, because it is nothing to look at either. Also, that credits speal is just plain gay.

Uh....clicked the link supplied by chips. How does "Adobe acquires Macromedia" = CV?

Also, why do I have horizontal scroll at 1280x1024.

Sideways scroll bar at 1600x1200 too.

CV is great, listing ordered lists, unordered lists, definition lists etc etc... Why not include every tag that you know as well?
