I wish I could say it's an improvement... But:
- first you really need to buy a decent domain/host. It's like 30 USD for a full year, domain included
- you're an artistically-inclined person. Look at your website (as if it wasn't yours) and tell me you honestly like it. tell me that if you were to do a painting you would only use that ugly gray and purple... I mean I see your paintings are full of vibrant colors. Why would you want to make your site ugly?
- as to what coding is concerned, it's a common practice to give your design to someone who knows how to code. Consider that as well.

C'mon let's see some beautiful colors in the next design. You may want to check this site to see color schemes the oters have used.

have to agree with Emil, I'm afraid. The only thing I like is the fact that you've incorporated some of your artwork into the page design - although I dont like the way you've done it.
To my mind you should keep it simple and clean so that your work stands out. Try looking here:

thanks for the feedback guys, I used gray and dark blue because it's cool to look at,
I know HTML and little bit of javascript but I think it's time consuming. Why You have to hand code it when you can do it visually, it's faster and it produces the same result.

but there's the rub...it doesn't. Dont worry too much about it just yet but in time you'll understand why so many designers harp on about it. Focus on the design for now as thats what you want to sell you, right?

gray and dark blue don't work well together all the time. especially in the combination you have chosen. but that may be debateable.
No, the result isn't the same. I won't go in a rant about why handcoding is better. But you have to be able to produce good, valid code, since you're designing a WEBsite for WEB-displaying puropses. And as shocking as that might be (to some) code is what makes websites work.
Imagine you buy a Mercedes, because you like how it looks and when you look under the bonet you find a scooter motor. WEBdesign is more than pretty images. Design and code have to work together.

pay a coder if you don't want to do it. but make sure you get one who knows what he's doing
for instance

all the above code contains only space. you could easily replace all that with
#whateverId {margin-bottom:200px;}
or
#whateverId {height:1000px;}
