Hi everyone, I have been working in a SEO company for quite some time. We have been coming across many projects but I need to get more knowledge about the ways of using keywords to get better results. There have been many ways that I have to get the desired results but having a good grip on the keywords makes a better one.

keywords need to have 3-5% density in your body copy. So for every 100 words you need to use your keyword 3-5 times. It should also be included in as many header tags as possible. h1 - h6, as well as being used in the incoming links to the page.

As Cj mentioned, density and use with inbound links is key. I would lean more towards inbound links for those words, and a good density on that landing page that the link is pointed too.
