Need more knowledge on the use of keywords for SEO

Hi everyone, I have been working in a SEO company for quite some time. We have been coming across many projects but I need to get more knowledge about the ways of using keywords to get better results. There have been many ways that I have to get the desired results but having a good grip on the keywords makes a better one.

Can anyone give me some tips on this????

keywords need to have 3-5% density in your body copy. So for every 100 words you need to use your keyword 3-5 times. It should also be included in as many header tags as possible. h1 - h6, as well as being used in the incoming links to the page.

Re:Need more knowledge on the use of keywords for SEO

It is very important to get updated about the use of keywords in SEO services so that the results that come out match the quality and have better listings for the webpage. I would advise you to dig more information on the keywords so that you would have the all round knowledge of them. There are many resources that offer good usingkeywords.com - Using Keywords to bring customers to your website. and they might help you to get updated. Hope this will help you.

Good luck!

As Cj mentioned, density and use with inbound links is key. I would lean more towards inbound links for those words, and a good density on that landing page that the link is pointed too.
