Would it spamming if I...

Im creating a website for a Yacht Brokerage, They specialise in 'Moody' Yachts. I have packed in the keywords into headings and paragraphs (with out keyword spamming)

I want to include a list of the models in an archive section eg <li>Moody 24</li> <li>Moody 26</li>

Would the search engine spider possible misinterperate this as keyword spamming though?

Spiders shouldn't misinterpret* items in a list. If you were shoving them into separate h1 or h2 tags, there's a slim chance of an issue (but it's doubtful). If your aim is legitimate for your archive section and each section itself has different content, methinks you will be fine. To make absolutely sure, you may want to add a little content after each Moody Model, such as:

Code:
<li>Moody 24; offers sleeping quarters for 14 guests each with their own latrine</li> <li>Moody 26; all the perks of the moody 24, but with sleeping quarters for 20 and a private place for the ladies to sunbathe in the nude on the bow or stern</li>

* - Sorry for the spelling snobbery. It's all the fault of one known 'round here as Coops.
