Page eCPM - $0.54

I earn $4 in 7 days Is it ok?

That's about right for a CTR. $4/week is more than all my sites make (of course, they're bad examples as I don't promote them or market them at all).

That is really nice earnings to get started with Adsense. Now just build backlinks to your site.

i did a blackhat trial on a site which will remain unnamed and earnt about $400 in a month.. ive removed the site as it was just an experiment so that i can use the information gained to do white hat

My site motivationals.org earns me a little over $3 per day (we just get paid every month) and our site has been up for 6 months. I made it with a partner so he was able to focus on content while I built links. That really helped but I'm sure your earnings will increase a lot. Ours went from about $1/day to $3/day in like a month.

adsense (for earnings) is like those annoying counters.
If you're making enough you don't need it, if you're making next to nothing it's embarrassing.

There are lots of guides out there on how to maximize your earnings. Basically the gist of it is that big flash image ads can easily be ignored. The best type of ads are generally text ads inserted right in your text that have the same background color as your site so instead of looking like ads they look like links which makes people more enticed to click. If you want more detail go to google or purchase a book on it. Really great stuff

by the way PeoT4eva41, I would reccommend trying to change the bg color of that top ad unit to the same color as the background instead of grey. If that doesnt help over like a week you can change it back but its worth a try. makes it seem more like your content instead of ads.

Good start

Average CTR is 3-4% for most AdSense publisher (look at your ad placement for this)

Higher paying niche have higher eCPM (I've had $300+ but the clicks are lesser)

I started from $0 and now average $100 p/day

Keep on experimenting
